TRAILER RENTAL · YOU PICK UP AND TOW
Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. You tow and load. Return by 5 pm. USD 500 refundable deposit, taxes and landfill charges separate.
Day session: USD 299.99, collection from 7 am and return by 5 pm on the same day, Orlando time. A later collection does not extend the deadline. The 24-hour option costs USD 349.98 from the agreed collection time until 24 hours later; local return time may shift at daylight saving changes. Requested day-session extensions cost USD 39.99 per hour and require prior approval and availability. No automatic extension or automatic conversion to the 24-hour rate applies; compare both options before choosing. Unauthorized delays are reviewed under the agreement using documented costs or damage, without duplicate penalties. Prices are for trailer-only rental without a driver.
Collect and return the trailer empty and clean at the D&A base. You provide the towing vehicle and handle transport, loading, unloading and disposal. You pay fuel, tolls and landfill fees directly. The 2,000 lb disposal allowance of the delivered service does not apply. Any applicable tax, option or necessary additional cost is disclosed in the complete quote before acceptance or payment.
This is additional security, not a partial rental payment and not insurance. Rental and security deposit are due before collection using the agreed payment method. D&A returns the undisputed balance within 5 business days after return and inspection, using the method agreed with the verified payer. It is not automatically forfeited. Proposed deductions must concern outstanding amounts or attributable, documented damage, with an itemized explanation and a review opportunity. Mandatory legal rights and deadlines prevail.
D&A checks identity, a valid driving licence, authorized driver, registration, manufacturer towing and payload limits and combination and tongue weights. Hitch ball, coupler, electrical connection, lights, brakes/controller, safety chains and applicable breakaway equipment must be compatible. D&A checks the combination and explains operation before departure and may refuse unsafe collection. Owning a pickup does not by itself establish compatibility.
No included insurance or damage waiver is advertised. D&A and the customer must confirm with their insurers in writing the cover for third-party rental, towing vehicle, liability, trailer damage and theft, both attached and detached. Auto insurance alone is not presumed sufficient. The agreement identifies cover, exclusions, deductibles and who bears them. Any required additional cover is priced before contracting. Without acceptable cover the trailer is not released and payments for unperformed rental are returned.
Photos and a checklist record pre-existing and return condition, including tires, lights, brakes, hydraulic system, box, hitch and accessories, plus collection and return times. Both parties receive a copy. Observe the lowest applicable equipment, vehicle, axle and hitch limits; volume does not authorize excess weight. Distribute and secure the load, stay below the fill line and cover it where required. No passengers, hazardous or unaccepted waste. No subletting, unauthorized drivers or use outside the agreed area or purpose.
Stop safely, secure the scene and call 911 for injuries or immediate danger. Contact D&A promptly at 832-646-7339 with location, photos and incident details; notify insurers and authorities where required. Do not continue with unsafe equipment or arrange repairs or towing without approval, except reasonable emergency action to protect people or prevent further damage. Costs and recovery arrangements are documented.
The customer is responsible for damage attributable to them under the agreement and law, not normal wear, pre-existing damage or defects attributable to D&A. Charges require reasonable, documented repair or replacement costs, allowance for age and no duplicate recovery from insurance. A deductible is charged only when applicable. The security deposit does not itself establish the liability limit or authorize unsupported automatic charges. Nothing removes D&A’s legal responsibility.
Return the trailer empty, free of waste, clean and with accessories to the agreed base by the agreed time. Notify D&A of any expected delay; extensions require written confirmation. Extraordinary cleaning, abandoned waste, recovery or delay charges must be justified and follow conditions disclosed before contracting. No blanket penalty or duplicate charge for the same period is advertised. Keep landfill receipts.
Viewing availability does not reserve. Submitting your details creates a provisional hold with a payment deadline. Completing Stripe payment charges the itemized rental and security deposit. Payment and booking are confirmed by Stripe’s server notification while the hold and equipment allocation remain valid. If payment arrives after expiry, D&A reviews availability or refund before confirming service. Dates, total, deposit and conditions are shown before payment. Payment does not establish insurance coverage or authorize handover without vehicle and insurance checks. Cancellation before base handover receives a full rental and security-deposit refund. If D&A cannot provide the agreed rental, payments for unperformed service are returned. Early return after collection does not automatically reduce the contracted period; unearned amounts and mandatory rights are reviewed. The delivered-service cancellation policy does not automatically apply. Request written review of disputed deductions or incidents.
